Reformer Pilates

Our signature Reformer Pilates class. Spring resistance on the reformer builds deep core strength, improves flexibility, and creates long, lean muscle.

Barre Pilates

Ballet inspired, low impact movement at the barre. Small isometric holds and high reps sculpt the glutes, thighs, and core.

Mat Pilates

Classical, bodyweight based Mat Pilates. Builds core strength, posture, and control without machines.

Stretch Yoga

A slow, deep stretch practice that releases tension, improves mobility, and restores the body between harder training days.

Yoga Classes

Traditional flow and alignment based Yoga classes to build strength, balance, and calm, for every level of practice.

+ How often should I take Pilates?

Most clients see the best results with 2 to 3 classes per week.

+ What is your cancellation policy?

Classes can be cancelled up to 24 hours before start time with no penalty.

+ How do memberships work?

Memberships renew monthly and include a set number of classes. There is no long term commitment, cancel anytime.

+ How can I cancel my membership?

Email hello@leamorastudio.com or manage it directly in your Mindbody account. No lock in period.

+ Are there any age restrictions?

Yes, all classes are open to ages 16 and up.

+ What if I need to cancel a class last minute?

Cancellations inside 24 hours are subject to a late cancellation fee per our studio policy.
