The data will remain within these systems until you specifically request removal. You can do this by sending us an email at the address in section 15.0.
3.4 Class Bookings and Memberships
If you book a class or purchase a membership, your contact and payment information is processed and stored through Mindbody, our studio management and scheduling platform. We consider Mindbody to be a third party data processor (see section 8.0 below). Your information will remain within Mindbody's database for as long as you maintain an active account with us or as required for our business records.
3.5 Email Newsletter
If you choose to join our email newsletter, the email address and name you submit will be forwarded to our email marketing service provider. This information will not be stored in LeAmora Studio LLC's own database.
Your email address and name will remain within our email service provider's database for as long as we continue to use their services, or until you request removal by unsubscribing or by emailing us.
If you are under 13 years of age, you must obtain parental consent before joining our email newsletter.
4.0 How We Store Your Personal Information
Personal information collected through this website or through our studio management platform is stored securely and can be identified, updated, or deleted upon request, subject to the limitations of the platforms we use.
